Orderlemon specific agreements
- 10 minutes late in the internal meeting? We cancel and reschedule.
- Leaving an internal meeting (early/unfinished)? The meeting will be rescheduled to continue.
- Questions channels, where we post a poll. Ruvenss & Diederick
- If you are late and you know before hand or you worked in the weekend, you post in the WhatsApp “OrderLemon’s crew” or ol-crew on Discord if you can’t access WhatsApp.
Kasterlee office specific agreements
Working hours:
- You are only allowed to work in the weekends or during nights if it’s urgent or you have the explicit approval from Sieg.
- Working hours:
- Monday: from 8 am - 9:30 am until 12 am and from 1 pm until 5 pm - 6:30 pm
- Tuesday -> Friday: from 8 am - 9:30 am until 12 am and from 1 pm until 4:30 pm - 6 pm
- 1 day per week to work from home
Work from home:
- If you want to work from home you need to get an agreement by both Isa & Sieg, in writing, via email.
- Keep in mind that you can still be asked to come to the office.
Urgencies:
- If you are unsure if it’s urgent, you need to call Sieg.
- If you think you found something urgent, you post it in the WhatsApp group “OrderLemon’s crew”.
- If you are unsure if it is urgent, you ask and then either Diederick, Ruvenss or Isa have to say yes only then are you allowed to work on it after hours/during the weekend.
