Don't request new numbers through the platform of bird because a robot will keep on asking things and never assigned the numbers.
iNSTEAD:
Go to the gmail account of wa@orderlemon.com
search for the previous email: new number request
in that same email, reply, request the quantity of numbers you will need:
Hi Ana,Could you please assign us 15 new numbers with SMS and Voice capabilities under the same deal at 1euro per phone number.Thank you so much
