- Go to the stripe dashboard and go to the customer
- Open the monthly subscription
- Actions -> Edit subscription
- Add product
- Choose existing or create a new product
And add a quantity - Press update subscription
- You are done
The subscription is update for the next billing, the items will not stay in the subscription after they are billed
